For customers wishing to declare VAT Exemption, we will also collect the following information, which we are legally obliged to record and provide to HMRC, if requested:

- Nature of the Illness/Disability
- Self-declaration of eligibility to claim VAT Exemption
Credit/Debit Card Details
It is necessary for you to enter your Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date & Security Code in order to process your credit card payment, but at no time do we store these details on our systems.
