Once you have created your Aidapt Account and have received your Password (by email), you can Login to view your details, settings and orders at any time by clicking on Manage your Account.
View Account Details
Your Details
From the Account Details page you can view the following information:
- Name
- Billing Address(es)
- Delivery Address(es)
- Telephone Number(s)
Your Order History
You can also view your Order History, which includes the following information for tracking your current order(s) and viewing details of your previous orders:
- Order No.
- Date
- Delivery Postcode
- Order Status
- Value
- No. Items
Editing your Account Settings
There are several items in your Account Settings that you can edit and update:
Account Options
- Login/Email Address
- Password
To change the Email Address or Password associated with your Account, simply enter the requested details into the Login or Password forms and press Submit.
We recommend that you change your initial Password, which will be sent to you by email, to something more memorable.
Note: Your Password should include a mixture of numbers and letters and be between 8 and 15 characters long. We also suggest a mixture of upper and lower case letters to make your password even more secure.
Address Details
- Delivery Address(es)
- Billing Address(es)
To change your Billing or Delivery Address click on the Edit link to the right of an address in the table below Address Details. The form below this will then be populated with the existing details, where you can then update the information and press Submit to save your changes.
You can also Delete a Delivery Address using the Delete link.
