When you place your first order with Aidapt, we will ask for your details so that we can automatically create a customer account for you.
Creating an Account with Aidapt means that you can track and manage your orders and also saves you having to enter your details each time you shop with us.
Alternatively, you can Register with Aidapt prior to placing an order, if this is more convenient for you.

Note: We do not request or store any credit/debit card details as part of the Registration/Login process.
Registering with Aidapt
To Register/Create an Account with Aidapt, you need only complete the form(s) presented to you as part of the Checkout process (when placing your first order), or on the Registration page.
The information we will ask you to provide is:
- Name
- Billing Address
- Delivery Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Mobile Telephone Number
We will also ask you to let us know about your Newsletter preferences and confirm that you have viewed our Terms and Conditions during the Registration process.
Errors and Required Fields
While you are completing the Registration form you will notice that some fields are highlighted with an asterisk (*). This shows that these parts of the form are not optional - we need the information from these fields in order to create your account.
Some parts of the form expect the information to be entered in a particular way or can only accept certain characters. For example, fields for Telephone Numbers will only accept numbers and spaces.
If you leave a required field blank or type invalid characters during Registation and try to Submit the form, you will be alerted to this with a red error message at the top of the form. The label to the left of the field will also be highlighted in red.
If you would like to clear the form and start again, for any reason, you can do so by clicking the Reset button at the bottom of the form.
Confirmation and Password
After you have successfully submitted your Registration details you will receive an automatically-generated email to confirm creation of your Account and supply your Password.
