Delivery & Returns

Delivery Options & Times

Order Processing & Dispatch

We hold stock on-site at our St Helens Head Office/Depot and our website ordering system accepts orders using live stock figures, so we are able to process orders quickly. We generally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery Destinations

We are currently able to accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom and throughout mainland Europe.

Delivery Prices & Times

We offer two delivery types for UK orders (excluding 'Highlands & Islands'), with FREE Standard Delivery for Standard UK addresses:

Note: Delivery times and prices to other areas of the UK (i.e. Highlands & Islands, including Northern Ireland, EIRE, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, etc.) and for addresses in mainland Europe are calculated during Checkout, based on the Delivery address.

Returns

If you need to return something you have bought from aidapt.co.uk, please contact us on returns@aidapt.co.uk.

Our Returns staff will provide you with a Returns Reference for your order, along with instructions for returning the item(s) to us.

Note: We are unable to accept returned goods without a Returns Reference.

Below you will find details of reasons for and exclusions relating to Returns:

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If, upon receipt, you find that the items have been damaged in transit or are faulty in some way, please contact us right away. We will accept the item(s) back and either refund you in full or send you a replacement.

Unsuitable for Intended Use

We accept Returns for items that you assess as unsuitable for your requirements, upon receipt. In these circumstances the price of the items concerned are refunded, but there may be charges for handling and delivery costs.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid within 28 days of receipt of your notification of Return/Order Cancellation.

There are exceptions to the standard Returns/Refunds policies, with certain items being excluded as follows:

  • Products made or customised specifically for you
  • Items which cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, e.g. toileting or incontinence products

Your statutory rights are not affected.
